Theatrical Exchange was started by a small group of people who are involved with amateur theatre. We realised that there was a need for somewhere to exchange and share props and costumes across groups; a chance to save on valuable storage space, and find economically viable productions resources.

After extensive research of other amateur groups, we found that a tailor-made facility like Theatrical Exchange would be useful to a large number of people across the country.

We see Theatrical Exchange as a form of recycling – we put people in touch with each other who may want to exchange, hire, buy or sell items.
